What it is
If someone else gets into your account, report it so you can regain access.
How to report it
- Keep the ticket code. If you’re asked a question, answer it under Can't get in? → Check a ticket.
Rules & numbers
- Sending money is limited for 24 hours after you set a new password.
Tips
- If you’re still logged in on your own phone, tap Settings → Security → 🔒 Someone stole my account to lock your account.
