What it is
A suspended account can’t be used to play. It may have an end time; otherwise, it stays suspended until it is lifted.
How to ask for help

Rules & numbers
- Resetting your password won’t let you into a suspended account.
- A mute is different from a suspension: you can still play, but you can’t chat out loud, use house chat, post on Lagos Gist or message anyone new. Mutes end automatically after 24 hours.
