Appeal an age lock

What it is

If your account is locked because of its date of birth, you can appeal if you entered the wrong year.

How to appeal

1. On the login screen, open the age-lock appeal.
2. Enter your username, password and real date of birth. Tick the Terms box, then send your appeal.
3. If you’re asked a question, answer it under Check a ticket.

Rules & numbers

You can send up to 5 appeals a day.

If your account is still locked and Ask the team appears, send a new request.
