Creating your account

What it is

Create an account to start playing Lagos Life. You need a name, username, password, email address and date of birth.

How to sign up

1. On the title screen, tap Start a new life → Create account.
2. Enter your Your name, Username, Password and Email.
3. Choose your Date of birth and confirm it.
4. Tick I agree to the Terms….
5. Tap Sign up · it's free.

Rules & numbers

• Your name can be up to 24 characters.
• Your username must be 3–20 letters or numbers. It is also your Sim’s name.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters.
• You need an email address to sign up. You can’t change it later, and you can use one email per account.
• You can change your username from Sim panel → ✏️ Profile → Change. It’s free, and you can change it once every 30 days. Your old username still works to log in for 60 days.

Tips

• If you can’t get in, use the login screen to contact support. You don’t need to log in or use an X account.
