What it is
You can travel around a city by danfo, keke, okada, cab, your own car or on foot (Trek). Abuja and Port Harcourt use local names for cabs. Trips appear on the map or in 🚗 Ride view.
How to take a ride
- Tap a place on the map.
- Pick a ride. The ride card starts with the option you used last time.
- Tap Go · ₦….
- During the trip, use the controls below the trip pill to change the camera, switch between 🗺️ Map and 🚗 Ride, use ⏭ Skip on a scenic trip or sound the 📯 Horn.
You can also open Phone → Ride and pick a place under Where to?
To walk around Yaba, tap More → 🚶 Walk Yaba on the map, Walk around Yaba › on the CcHub, MindSpace or UNILAG card, or step outside your home gate if you live in Yaba. Your first trip there costs the usual danfo fare. Pinch to zoom in or out.

Fares are rounded to the nearest ₦50.

- A driver you employ makes car trips quicker and you do not pay for fuel.
- Rush hour is 6–9 AM and 4–8 PM game time. It does not raise cab fares.
- On fuel-scarcity days, fares and fuel cost 1.5 times as much. A cab fare is capped at 1.5 times its normal fare: (₦300 + ₦15/km) × 1.5.
- A government transport subsidy halves danfo and keke fares.
- You can walk even if your wallet is below zero.
Tips
- Short of cash? Trek is free. Danfo and keke are the cheapest rides, and rush hour does not raise their fares.
- If a road trip is taking too long, tap ⏭ Skip or switch to 🗺️ Map.
- To switch from a borrowed partner car to your own, choose your car in the garage.
