Your home: views and cameras

What it is

Choose how you see your home:

• Above shows a dollhouse view.
• Inside looks over your shoulder.
• Eyes gives you a first-person view.

How to change the view and move around

1. At home, tap ⋯ → View → Above, Inside or Eyes.
2. In Above, pinch or scroll to zoom. Drag to tilt, or use two fingers to pan. Tap ⋯ → Turn the room to rotate the room a quarter turn and lower the near walls.
3. In Inside or Eyes on a phone, hold the lower-left area for a joystick, then push it to walk. You can also use the walking stick in the marked spot. Drag elsewhere to look, pinch to zoom, tap a spot to walk there, or tap furniture to use it.
4. On a computer, use WASD or the arrow keys to walk, drag to look and scroll to zoom. Shortcuts: M for map, H for home, B for Buy, P for phone and S for Sim.

Rules & numbers

• Above zooms from 0.4× to 1.25×.
• Inside zooms from 0.45× to 2.4×.
• Eyes zooms from 1× to 2.5×.

Tips

• On a touch screen, use the walking stick in the marked spot to move in the inside view. This also applies to touch tablets, including ones with a keyboard case, trackpad or hover pen.
