What it is
Support can’t give you game money, items or refunds inside the game.
Tips
- For a refund on a real-money purchase, contact the store or payment provider.
- If you ask about your Money history, send a screenshot from Bank → Money history.
- Game money can’t be cashed out or sold. Be careful of anyone offering to do this for you.
- Support will never ask for your password, ticket code or money.
