Using things at home

What it is

Tap furniture to see what you can do with it. Actions can fill your needs, build a skill or give you a good feeling. You can also select several furniture pieces to change their colours or brightness, and save and apply room looks.

How to use things at home

  1. Tap a piece of furniture and choose an action.
  2. If an action is locked, read the reason shown, such as needing ₦1,200, Cooking 2 or power.
  3. To cancel an action, tap it at the top of the screen.

To use a gadget, make sure you have a suitable surface for it. Open its card in Mine or choose it from your Sim's menu.

Tips

  • Tap your Sim for actions that don't need furniture: Call Mummy (+Social), Sing or Record a Skit.
  • A spoilt appliance still does basic tasks at lower quality until a HANDI pro fixes it.
  • In Buy mode, use Undo to step back through free decorating changes. It can't undo a purchase or sale.
