Home extensions

What it is

Extend a home you own to make it bigger. Each extension adds 2 tiles along the right wall and the front. Your furniture stays where it is.

How to extend

1. Open Phone → Houses and choose your home.
2. Tap 🏗️ Extend to N×N · ₦X, then 🏗️ Build it.

Rules & numbers

• You can only extend homes you own. Buy a home first.
• Small homes can be extended twice, flats 3 times, and duplexes and mansions twice.
• Each extension costs 85% of the home's per-tile value.
• Extensions take 0.5–3 hours to build.
• If you sell the home, the extension sells with it at 80%.
