What it is

Use Forgot password to get back into your account by email, or answer owner questions if you can’t use email.

How to reset your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
2. Choose With my email or With my username.
3. Follow the instructions on screen. If you receive a reset link, open it within 30 minutes and choose a new password. Check Spam or Promotions if you can’t find the email.

Rules & numbers

• A reset link works once and expires after 30 minutes.
• You can use a new password even if it doesn’t meet the suggested password rules.

Tips

• Check Spam or Promotions if the reset email doesn’t arrive.
