What it is

Use lagoslife.app/report to report a bug or security hole.

How to report a problem

1. Go to lagoslife.app/report and send your report with screenshots.
2. Keep the reference you receive, such as LL-7KQ2M9.

How to check a report

1. Go to lagoslife.app/report → Check a report.
2. Enter your reference. The report status will be Looking, Fixed, Not a bug or Duplicate.

Tips

• Keep a security hole private until it is fixed.
• If the problem is about your account or money, also see the topic for that problem.
