Blocking and reporting

What it is

Blocking stops you and another player from contacting or seeing each other’s posts, comments and table lines. Reporting lets you flag a player or their content. Selling sex, drugs, weapons, fake documents or scams is not allowed.

How to …

  1. Block someone: Use the chat’s ⋯ menu or open their player card and block them. To unblock them, go to Settings → Blocked, or tap Unblock in a chat with them.
  2. Report someone: Tap Report and choose a reason, such as harassment, sexual or creepy messages, hate or insults, selling, scams, spam or something else. Reporting also blocks the player.
  3. Report content: You can report Gist posts and comments, Hustle posts, game-table lines and Big Screen chat lines.

Rules & numbers

  • A block stops both of you from messaging, reacting, knocking on or visiting each other. You will not see each other’s posts, comments or table lines. The other player is not told that you blocked them.
  • Mutes last 24 hours and lift by themselves.
  • While muted, you can play and keep talking in chats and groups you already have. You cannot talk out loud, use house or table chat, post on Gist or start new conversations.

Tips

  • If you are muted, check the message for how long it lasts. To contact support, go to Settings → Contact support.
