The Lagos Property Fund

What it is

The Lagos Property Fund pays you income each week. You can put cash into it once you hold 20 bare plots.

How to use it

1. Open Phone → 💼 Invest. The Fund card shows its value, what it has paid and your cash-out room for the week.
2. To put cash in, choose the Fund option and add at least ₦1m.
3. To cash out, tap Cash out and choose an amount within your cash-out room.

Rules & numbers

• The fund pays 1% of its value each week, in seven daily payments at 6 PM. The income is taxed like business takings.
• Up to eight missed daily payments can be paid at once.
• You can cash out up to 5% of the total amount you put in per fund week, with a minimum weekly cash-out room of ₦1m. A 5% agent's fee is taken from cash-outs.
• You can put in up to ₦1bn in total.
