What it is
You can date up to 4 players or one townsperson. With a player, you can get engaged, marry, have children and live together. Engaged and live-in partners can feed and play with each other’s children. Husbands and wives are residents of each other’s homes and can use the home’s key, bed, bathroom and kitchen unless access is blocked.
How to date and marry
- Get close by chatting, gisting, hanging out and visiting until 💞 How close you are reaches 40.
- Tap the person, then 💘 Ask to be my Bae. If you already have a bae, you can also ask to be a 🤫 Sneaky link.
- After 3 days, go to Phone → Family → Propose. The ring costs ₦150,000.
- While engaged, either partner can propose a prenup. Go to Phone → Family → your bae’s card → 📜 Sign a prenup with @…. Choose Keep what's mine or an agreed share of 10%, 25% or 50%. Your partner can Sign or Decline. You can Withdraw the proposal while it is waiting.
- After 1 day engaged, Plan the wedding for ₦500,000. A signed prenup carries into the marriage.
- Once married, you can book a wedding party: an intimate party costs ₦300,000 for 10 guests, a full owambe costs ₦2,000,000 for 40 guests, and a society wedding costs ₦10,000,000 for 100 guests.
- You can choose an event centre when booking a wedding. The hall fee is paid at booking.
Rules & numbers
- The other player must agree to each request. A request waits for up to 3 days. You do not get the ring or wedding money back if they say “not yet”.
- You can go on a date once every 30 minutes with each bae. Each date adds 10 closeness.
- Each date with a sneaky link has a 25% chance of being caught. If you are caught, your other baes each lose 25 closeness with you.
- You can have a cozy night in every 12 hours if your bae agrees.
- Each week after the wedding, your anniversary adds 15 closeness and 60 Rep.
- To break up, use the two-tap option. The break-up happens straight away without your partner’s agreement and also ends living together.
- A divorce settlement splits earnings from during the marriage, not money earned before the wedding. By default, the partner who did not file gets 60% of those earnings. The partner who files gives up more. Either partner can offer an amount for the other to accept, from nothing up to twice the fair amount. You have 30 days to agree or take the matter to Live Court. Settlements are capped at ₦1bn.
- A prenup costs nothing to sign, and no money changes hands. Keep what's mine means nothing is split in a divorce. An agreed 10%, 25% or 50% share replaces the default split. The partner who files still gives up an extra 10%, so a 50% prenup works like having no prenup. A prenup does not prevent divorce.
- You can send your bae money with no fee, starting from ₦100, once every 30 seconds.
Tips
- If you want to keep your earnings separate in a divorce, choose Keep what's mine when making a prenup.
