About 1 day in 10 is a bad day, costing roughly one day’s profit.

Trailers: A Mack Haulage Trailer costs ₦18m. You can own up to 3. Each earns ₦117,000–₦209,000 an evening after the ₦30,000 driver cost. There is an 8% chance of a breakdown, which costs ₦95,000. Trailers sell back for 60% of their price.

Companies: You can own up to 3 companies, each with up to 4 branches. Setup costs range from ₦150,000 for a Food spot to ₦10m for a Tech startup. A 5% tax on the week’s takings is billed on Saturday. Earnings are capped at ₦20m an evening across all your units. Companies sell for 60% of what you put into them. If you fall behind on rent, you have 3 evenings to pay before the unit shuts. Company value for the evening is based on profit after fees, one-seventh of rent and wages, and 5% tax.

Player stores: You can sell up to 6 products. Prices can be 0.8–2.5 times the reference price, and you buy stock up front. A buyer can spend up to ₦1m per day at one shop and ₦10m per day across all shops.

Rentals: You can own up to 5 properties. A property costs 12 weeks of market rent multiplied by an area factor of 0.9–1.15, and sells back for 80% of its price. You can set rent at 0.7–1.5 times the market rent. Player tenants pay 1–4 weeks in advance.

Buses: You can own up to 12 buses. A HiAce has 14 seats and costs ₦18m; a Luxury coach has 59 seats and costs ₦110m; a Night sleeper has 30 seats and costs ₦220m. Registration costs ₦2m. Takings are capped at ₦5m a night per company. Buses sell for 60% of their list price, reduced by 0.5% for each week owned, but never below 30%.

Event centres: Each city has 2 state halls and 3 halls that players can own. Player-owned halls cost ₦18bn–₦60bn, and you can own one. Hall fees can be set from ₦250,000 to ₦10m. Fees from bookings at player-owned halls go to the owner’s till; state-hall fees do not go to a player.

Tips
